COFFEE MARUGOTO?
“Producers don’t just make coffee seeds (beans), they grow coffee trees.”
The coffee plant offers much more than the roasted bean. These are often called “Coffee by-products”, but coffee by-products are far more than by-products. Because they are all products.
By raising awareness that all parts of coffee tree are valuable as agricultural products, it will create a new coffee culture and will be an opportunity to look at the unbalanced coffee industry.

Coffee cultivation in Tokunoshima began in the 1980s. After many trials and errors to establish cultivation skills and improve quality in the challenging Japanese climate, coffee is gradually becoming an industry in Tokunoshima by the untiring efforts of producers.
Here is the way of agriculture with a view to the next era.
